When you use AuditBot (operated by Orbio Labs), we collect:
Account information — email address and hashed password when you sign up.
Audit data — the URLs you submit for auditing and the resulting reports.
Usage analytics — anonymous page-view and event data to improve the service (see Section 4).
Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never store card numbers.
2. How We Use Your Data
To provide, maintain, and improve the auditing service.
To send transactional emails (report delivery, account alerts).
To process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
Stripe — for payment processing.
Infrastructure providers — hosting and storage necessary to run the service.
4. Cookies & Analytics
We use a lightweight analytics snippet to collect anonymous usage data. You can manage your preferences via the consent banner shown on your first visit.
5. Data Retention
Audit reports are retained for the lifetime of your account. If you delete your account, associated data is removed within 30 days.
